Refund Policy
Refunds do not apply to the following goods: Digital goods, ie ebooks and audiobooks. These are instant downloads. For ebooks, a long sample taken from the beginning of each book is provided. For audiobooks, there is an audiobook sample. Listen/read to it first to see if you like it.
Please choose carefully. Refunds only given if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of first purchase in which case the duplicate item will be refunded. Please note: signed books are not offered due to the author's physical location making shipping costs for signed books unfeasible.
Refunds for physical goods: There is no return for change of mind. Returns are given for faulty items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving item (according to the tracking).
For refund queries, please email abby@alknorrbooks.com within 7 days of receiving your product (according to the tracking). Please use the subject "returns" and include your name, order number, and reason for return, and photographs of faulty item. If item is faulty, we refund or resend your goods - your choice. We want you to be happy!
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I order signed copies?
Unfortunately no, not at this time. My books are printed in the UK, and I live in Türkiye, which means to sign a copy it would have to be shipped from the UK, to the middle east, then to wherever you are, which can be upwards of $160 just for shipping alone.

A Thorn Between Us, a Scented Court standalone romantasy.
Why can't I buy "specific title in a specific format" here?
I built my career as an author by putting my books exclusively into the Kindle Unlimited program. That program has become less and less worth it over the years, so I plan to take my full catalog wide and sell it here, in my store, but it will be a slowish transition.
Will you read my manuscript?
I only wish I could read every manuscript I'm asked to read. On top of having a TBR a mile high, I have a full schedule producing content and running this store. I don't have enough hours in my day where I'm not staring at a screen. I'm so sorry, but please don't sent me your manuscript. I do congratulate you on finishing it, though!
